As a valued customer, we wanted to provide you with an update related to the COVID-19 "coronavirus".
Concerns about the coronavirus continue to rise. We are monitoring reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and have taken precautionary measures for the health and safety of our employees.
The provincial government of the Fujian province, where our factory is located, ordered a delay in the resumption of work from 3-10 February 2020 after the Chinese New Year. Since then, our factory has resumed work and is fully staffed. Currently we are not experiencing any delays in manufacturing or shipping from our factory in China. We are closely monitoring port closures in countries we ship to.
Our US warehouse in Phoenix, AZ remains open. All order delivery dates are being met. Office staff are working from home, and we anticipate no interruption in our level of customer service.
If the situation should change, we will notify our customers as soon as possible.
