Magnetics introduces new
nanocrystalline cores, a choice solution for applications such as common mode chokes (CMC), and currently available in toroids or split cores from 5 mm to 145 mm.
Due to the high permeability of nanocrystalline cores, CMCs can be smaller in size and handle higher current. When compared to ferrite cores, nanocrystalline cores provide a wider operational temperature range and significantly higher impedance at high frequencies.
