If you receive errors opening a PDF file, make sure you have Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed.  Lower versions of Acrobat Reader may have difficulties opening our technical information.

If you experience problems opening a second PDF file after successfully opening another PDF file, your browser settings may need adjusted.

  1. Click TOOLS from the menubar.

  2. Select INTERNET OPTIONS.

  3. Choose the ADVANCED tab.

  4. Scroll down to "HTTP 1.1 Settings".

  5. Make sure the following boxes are checked:
        Use HTTP 1.1
        Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections
