Greetings!
This issue includes the introduction of Magnetics' new L ferrite
material, an overview of how Magnetics toroids are being used with a new
winding technology, and a profile of our valued distributor Kyung Il.
Also, if you missed us at APEC 2007, we've included a copy of Application
Engineer Jason Hare's presentation from the technical sessions. Enjoy the

Magnetics New L Material |
 |
Magnetics has introduced a new power ferrite material - L. L material
has an initial permeability of 900 and is specifically designed for the
frequency range of 500 kHz to 3 MHz. This material is optimized for
transformer and inductor applications that require low losses at high
frequencies.

Magnetics Ferrite Toroids used in Actown's TIGHTpak™
Technology |
 |
The
superior physical and electrical characteristics of Magnetics ferrite
toroids have made them a prime candidate for use in Actown-Electrocoil's
patented TIGHTpak™ Technology. Actown's technology increases the number of
turns per single layer of windings, therefore reducing the size and
maximizing the efficiency of the design.
