Customer is responsible for all freight charges.  Please designate a shipping provider (Carrier) and valid account number (Carrier Account Number) to expedite the processing of your sample request.  Ground shipping will be designated for domestic shipments and standard air service will be designated for international shipments.  If faster shipping is needed, please include instructions in the Comments section of the form.
